*UPDATE* Zombie Invasion was a blast! Our very own Gary Goad "Voidjin" won the brain eating contest, and The game was well managed. Fulda Gap was an unbelievable experience. AO had 8 members in attendance, six of which it was their first time there. The field was fantastic, and the gamely was straight forward and intense. Dice commanded the 120th Guards/ Warsaw Pact. Our attack and tactics proved more than the NATO forces could handle, as we controlled our assigned bases throughout both days after taking them from the enemy. We then led a devastating offensive into the heart of Sim City, supported by 2 tanks, and infantry. On sunday we held OP Alpha, a hilltop trench fortress for 2 hours against relentless attacks by NATO forces, and eliminated 3 tanks, and their bridge in the process. If you haven't attended this event….YOU ARE MISSING OUT! That closes out our 2013 season. We will be finalizing and updating our 2014 schedule, so if you would like to see us at your event, drop us a line. Stay tuned, BIG things coming from AO in 2014!

*UPDATE: Our game overall was a success! It being our 1st production, there were minor issues, and confusion at times, but with AO keeping cool, and utilizing our top notch communications, most issues were easily solved quickly. We got lots of great feedback from the players. Total registration # was 133. we expected 100 or less, so it was a good showing for us! Thanks to ALL who helped in any way shape or form to make it happen. We will learn from it and improve. Alpha Omega secures a big win at Hogback Mountain: Vietnam BIG game! With 11 strong in attendance, and full usage of our new comms systems, we were able to concentrate our forces in the right place, at the right time. The initial assault and capture on the enemys base off the break, allowed us to gain big points, and set the pace for the remainder of the game. Alpha Omega held the Hill Fort the remainder of the game (4.5 hrs total) and proved well capable in an all out defensive strategy that stymied all enemy attacks throughout the day. At the end of the game, AO split into 2 core groups, one to remain defending the fort, the other to attack the opposite side mountain field, and secure the artillery position. As the game came to a close, and ammo and air became exhausted, we managed to hold strong, and ended in command of the fort, dark forest, and the artillery position. Great Job to everyone who participated! AO!!!!!!!!!!!
MARCH
Alpha Omega attended Stalingrad @ Skirmish USA with 7 members. We had a great game, and for dice, jawz, ghost ryder, and first Lady, it was theiur first time there. Jawz' Birthday party was the night before, and we celebrated in wild fashion, and shook off the grogginess to storm the field Saturday morning. We stormed castles, held ground, defended the Russian base from an attack from 2 sides, destroyed the german fuel depot, recovered flags, and a secret mission for some artwork, then defended our city for the final battle with the 8th guard. Our side lost by 8 points. Had a blast, and made my first R7 Replay video of a scenario game, which can be seen on this sites R7 page. Please go check it!

OCTOBER
*Alpha Omega Players Mantis, BlackJack, and Roach attended Zombies Invade Berlin at Skirmish USA, and linked up with fellow teams Blackout Protocol, Sofa Kingdom, Jersey Insticnt, Steel Reserve, Team Nighthawks, and Valor. BlackJack was honored with a surprise, as he was promoted to Allied Command, just moments before game start for his continuous years of hard work and dedication to the Allied cause since 2005! Through great leadership, communication, and teamwork, the Allied Zombies
came together as one force, and defeated the German Army 78-64! AO's Guerilla fighter "Roach", played a major role in the Allied victory by shutting down the German Tanks trying to take Tippmann City, the key field needed to operate from, and use as a staging area for missions. Matt recorded 10 Tank kills, one coming late in the game when a german tank drove into the command post, and Mantis and Roach ran from 4 fields away to arrive in time and eliminate the tank. Then helped spearhead the final assault on Berlin, taking it from the Germans with 10 minutes left to play in the game. Our Brother team Blackout Protocol won "MOFO" award, and Jersey Instinct, also a young fellow team took MVT!
*Mantis Wins a Brand New Tippmann X7 Phenom on
Skirmish USA's Facebook contest, reading their mail out tab newspaper in a
"strange" place...THE FRIDGE! (See 2012 photo album on Home Page to view the pic.)
*Zombie Invasion @ Hogback Mountain, with
Hurricane Sandy on the doorstep, was a truly epic event! The weather held,
and the day was uninterrupted. Alpha Omega, and SOS played the Zombies, and during the 1st mission, stubbornly held their ground against staggering odds of the fleeing human horde trying to reach the safety of The castle. No Humans were able to reach safety....all were eaten, or turned. The zombies then were succesful in both castle attack missions, eating and turning all defenders in brutal fashion....And durig the final mission, both Zombie clan leaders (Dice of AO, and Redneck of SOS, turned on one another over control of the skull totems of power, and faced off in zombie on zombie violence, with the Rednecks zombies collecting 26 totems, and Dices Zombies collecting 14.

AUGUST
Alpha Omega Welcomes our newest member John Smith "Blackjack" to the team.
Operation: Phoenix was a success! Phantom won the Red Team MVP for infiltrating the enemy lines and destroying 2 of the enemies objectives, by himself with no marker! I believe the XOs words just before he did this was: " What are you gonna do? Just walk in like you own the place?" And he did just that! Great Job Brandon, you definitely have some guts, and a rare skill.
By working with great teams such as Blackout Protocol, and Undertakers, we won a hard fought victory. Fireball Mountain Paintball Park is absolutely awesome! One of the smaller fields we've played on, but it was layed out very nice. Bunkers, pillboxes, trenches, gun pits, craters, buildings, and a open field with thick logs and cover. The woods area has a citadel with ramps and buildings and towers.
Alpha Omega has Joined forces with a local guerilla fighter by the name of Matt Stimmler "Roach", brother of "Mantis". Roach will be working with AO in the future, and brings lots of energy and experience to the game. A expert in camoflauge and marksmanship, and also brings Anti-Tank into the game with his new RAP4 launcher. IF you see him, give him a shoutout! AO!
